We walk every area to be cleaned wearing boot covers before anything else happens.

Protection goes down anywhere it's needed to keep your floors and walls safe from our equipment.

Dry vacuum, everywhere
Every area gets fully dry-vacuumed first. This step matters more than people think — loose dirt turns to mud the moment it's wet, and mud is a lot harder to get out of carpet than dry soil.

Stain-specific chemicals go on problem areas before the general clean begins.

Pre-spray
A pre-spray solution is applied to start breaking down embedded soil.

Our Counter Rotating Brush machine works the pre-spray in and loosens dirt that's worked its way deep into the fibers.

Our truck-mounted unit does the deep extraction — pulling the loosened dirt and solution back out of the carpet.

Just Come Clean Co. is a new business, built by someone local who got tired of vague quotes and cleaners who never quite got the stain out. We don't have twenty years of history to point to yet. What we have is a straightforward promise: if you're not satisfied with the result, tell us before we leave and we'll make it right on the spot.
That's the whole pitch. Honest pricing, careful work, and a name that reminds us to keep it that way.
One thing we won't do is promise a miracle. Some stains — old set-in spots, certain dyes, sun-faded patches — may lighten a lot but not disappear completely, no matter how hard we work at them. What we guarantee is our full effort on every visit, and we'll always tell you upfront if something looks like it might not come all the way out.

What's included in a standard cleaning?
Pre-treatment on stains, full deep hot-water extraction, and extra attention to pet stains and high-traffic areas — every visit, no upsells you didn't ask for.
How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
It's recommended to get your carpets professionally cleaned at least once a year. If you have high-traffic areas or pets, though, you may need to get them cleaned more frequently.
Do I need to clear the room before you arrive?
Yes — please move furniture, breakables, and anything you'd rather we not handle before we get there. We don't move furniture as part of the service, so clearing the space keeps things safe for your belongings and lets us focus on the carpet.
How do you price a job?
By square footage or a per-room bid, whichever fits the job, plus condition. We give you a real number up front — no vague ranges, no surprises on the invoice.
How long does it take to dry?
Hot-water extraction typically dries in several hours, depending on airflow, humidity, and how heavily soiled the carpet was. Opening windows or running a fan speeds it up.
Can you get pet stains and odors out?
Usually, yes — pet stains get extra treatment every visit. Being honest though: old, deeply set-in stains sometimes lighten a lot without disappearing completely. We'll always tell you upfront if something looks like it might not come all the way out.
